Description
World-renowned for his harmonious and pure white wines, Vincent Rapet has two steeply sloping hectares in the premium commune of Charlemagne. In 2006 he has produced a powerful wine that is complex and spicy on the nose, with quite earthy flavours on the soft and lively early palate. There is g reat potential depth of flavour and good acidity on the finish, culminating in a well-balanced and very long wine. The barrel ageing lends plenty of structure yet no oak flavours, an incredibly difficult feat to accomplish. Bravo. Drink 2012-2018 Prices are for the wine cost only lying in bond Nailsea.
