Description
This is a very mineral, entry level offering from Jean Baptiste at Domaine Michel Bouzeau. A pale lemon yellow in colour, the nose remains tantalisingly closed at present and needs time to develop, but already shows great potential. There are floral, apple and peach characters just waiting to come to the fore. This classic, medium-bodied Chardonnay has a gentle, elegant palate with slightly dry tannins and lovely acidic balance. Drink 2009 to 2012 Prices are for the wine cost only lying in bond Nailsea. On receipt of the wine, duty, VAT and delivery will be payable.
