Made by famed Chateuneuf producer Andre Brunel, Becassone Blanc is made from 40% Roussanne for maximum creaminess of style, with viognier and marsanne also incldued in the blend. It makes a stylish (and great value) alternative to White Burgundy. Enjoy on it's own, or with fish or poultry in cream sauces. Aromas of toasted citrus and lemon balm with a hint of spice. Lively, fresh fruit on the palate with rounder flavours of apricots and white peach. Creamy and ripe but with refreshing acidity on the long elegant finish- delicious.
