Description
Cotarella's family estate was founded in 1976, originally to supply such established names as Ruffino. The Sangiovese is simply delicious with more concentration and vibrant red berry fruit than many more-expensively priced Chiantis. Aged in barrel and bottled unfined and unfiltered for maximum body, it's a favourite of Robert Parker and gains a special mention in the Gambero Rosso.
