Description
Michel Chapoutier produces the reference wines of the Rhone. His genius is undisputed, and his wines should be enjoyed with the patience exhibited in their creation. They are ambassadors for bio-dynamic viticulture, often going into bottle unfined and unfiltered. Michel's 100% Marsanne is barrel-aged for 14 months to add complexity. Of this oak, 20% was new and has succeeded in adding fine tannins to the palate. Its mineral yet floral nose introduces a taut, full-bodied palate with hints of honey and unfathomable flavour depths.
