Pleno is made from Viura, the grape used in white Rioja, and fermented at low temperatures to preserve the fruit freshness. Bright in colour, the nose is delicate and fruity with notes of citrus and elderflower. The palate is crisp, fresh, dry and well balanced with citrus and green apple notes .
