Description
Silver Medal awarded at the Chilean Catad'or wine contest, 2006. The Bio Bio valley is in the far south of Chile and the grapes have a lengthy ripening period in this cooler region. This gives the wines vibrant fruit aromas and an excellent balance of fruit and acidity. Delicious as an aperitif, this Sauvignon has a crisp expression with notes pf elderflower and gooseberry. It is an elegant wine to accompany light meals and salads.
