The regional aroma of reds is often refered to as "after dinner mint"character.The wines are typically rich and seamless in their tannin structure. Although a delight to drink when full of youthful fruit-the wines do age gracefully for up to ten years. This outstanding red was vintaged at the Kirrihill winery and was matured in French and American oak barrels for eighteen months before bottling and further cellar maturation.
