60% of this blend is from vines that are 35-48 years old from Chambolle Musigny and Nuits St Georges. The other 40% of the cuvee is from aoc Fixin and Cote de Nuits Village that are de-classified. They use minimum intervention such as hand harvest, natural fermentation, oaked in one year old barrels for 9 months, no filtration and natural clarification followed by storage in bottle for 6 months.
