We have been very fortunate to secure this parcel of wine from one of the best wineries in Navarra - Senoria de Sarria. This Crianza from the excellent 2001 vintage is a blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon that has been aged in American oak Barriques for 12 months and has benefited from a further 6 months in bottle. The resulting wine is balanced with ripe black cherry fruit softened by the hints of cedar wood. It will go perfectly with pasta dishes and roasts.
