Very fine and classical. Weingut Joseph Leitz is headquatered in a restored 17th century forge high above the Rhine. Fermentation is always left to the natural processes of 'wild yeasts' and in a technique borrowed from friends in Meursault, the wines are left on their fine lees until the Spring following the harvest.
