Description
This 100% Syrah Minervois, from 25 year-old-vines, is matured for 14 months in a combination of 40% new American oak, 20% year-old American oak and 40% three-year-old French oak barrels. Its concentrated rich chocolate, lavender, plum, berry and spice characters are complemented by a rich concentrated palate with fine tannins. An excellent accompaniment to lamb, game and other meat dishes, cheese and chocolate.
