With gold in its reflections, this is classic Chablis from a Guide Hachette recommended Domaine. It has a floral, lifted nose with typical gunflint intimations. It is much more mineral in style than that of their Petit Chablis. The early palate is quite soft, full and rounded with crisp acidity, exhibiting a good deal of fruit concentration and considerable length. Drink 2008-2011
