Description
This non-certified biodynamic vineyard produces this wine which is a blend of 35% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Grenache Blanc, the remaining 30% a blend of Chenin Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne, Grenache Gris, Maccabeu. It is aged on fine lees in French oak barrels (new and second-fill 228l and 300l) for 10 months. It has no fining or filtration. Creamy, aromatic blend of the weighty Grenache with zesty Sauvignon, coupled with rounding oak. Drink now to 2016.
