Description
The innovative techniques of Pascal Poussevin don't fail to impress on tasting this wine. Dark colour with an expressive nose of cherry and vanilla followed by blackberry and plum fruit on the palate. Aged in barrels (of which 50% were new to give further richness) for 15 months the oak imparts well-balanced cedar and cigar-box characters. Smooth and velvety, with good length and soft tannins.
