An unusually full-bodied rose blend made from Pinot Meunier 50%, Pinot Gris 35% and Pinot Noir 15%. The pinot Meunier brings fruity freshness to the blend, Pinot Gris adds body and power, with Pinot Noir adding a unique finesse. At only 35 hectares, Touraine Noble Joue finally received its appellation controllee status in 2001, and remains a tiny curiosity rarely seen outside the Loire's restaurants.
