Description
A blend of 90% Viura with 10% Malvasia which give an exotic perfume to the wine. Fermented in new French oak and then aged in barrel for a further three months during which time battonage is carefully carried out. The resulting wine is highly complex with distinct toasty oak character but also a fine mineral acidity that gives elegance and structure. Delicious.
