Description
The Domaine Garnier estate is run by two brothers, the elder one, Xavier, concentrates on the vineyards and his younger brother Jerome on winemaking and running the business. Significant investment has been made recently with a brand new winery constructed 3 years ago that it is now a showcase within the Chablis . Although 21ha at the moment, more vineyards are being planted within their father's land and the brothers hope to be able to expand the estate in the near future. Displaying the classic steely mineral character of Chablis on the nose, the palate has a good concentration of fruit with a clean long finish. Ideal with seafood.
