Our Insider's Tip is classic Australian Cabernet from the terra rossa soils of Lucindale, right next door to Coonawarra. With soft, black fruits, gentle spiciness and an attractive savoury finish, it's not to be missed.
The mixed case also includes Rhône-inspired Grenache Shiraz from Australia's 9/10 2003 vintage. Deliciously mature blend from prestigious old vines. Crisp, dry Riesling from Peter Lehmann, one of Australia's most respected producers - delightfully refreshing, zesty and fragrant. Plus Hunter Valley Chardonnay and classic French winemaking. Alain Leprince is the only French winemaker in the Hunter valley and this wine would certainly give some white Burgundy a run for their money.
How it Works
Your wines will be conveniently delivered to your door within two weeks. Every three months thereafter, we will reserve your case of exciting Australian wine and will write to you a month in advance of dispatch with full details of your forthcoming wines and price of the case. There is no obligation and no commitment to make further purchases. If you don't like what you see, simply contact us to skip a case or cancel altogether.

In the unlikely event of these wines becoming unavailable, a substitute of similar style and of equal or greater value will be supplied. If you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange collection at our cost. Your wine should arrive within a week. If you do not receive your wines in 14 days please notify us. For Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, please allow an extra few days. UK addresses only, excluding Channel Islands. Calls are charged at national rate. Averys Ltd will use information about you to make offers based on your wine preferences.A courtesy preview letter will be sent a month before your next Averys in Australia case is due, detailing the wines to be featured. Each quarterly case costs between £69.99 and £89.99 (plus £6.99 delivery). If, upon receiving your courtesy preview letter, you decide not to take your case, simply let us know by phone or in writing. There is no obligation at all - 'take a break' as often as you like.
