Need to 'opt out' for a quarter?
If you do not wish to receive your 'Signature Collection' case in any given quarter - or indeed as many quarters as you see fit - just contact us. I will write to you a month before your next case is due, informing you of its contents. Simply get in touch at this moment and I will then ensure that the forthcoming case does not arrive. We will simply pick up where we left off the following quarter. If you want to cancel altogether, no problem.

My 'Signature Collection' service really is that simple. It has been designed by myself, to be of benefit to you. The Introductory Case of fine wines will be effortlessly delivered for just £79.99, with subsequent cases arriving every quarter for £120. Feel free to skip a quarter's case or to leave the service altogether at any time, there really is no obligation whatsoever to buying anymore wine than you desire. Like any club, if you're not happy being a member, you are at complete liberty to leave.

Averys convenient delivery service has a fixed low rate of just £6.99, regardless of how many cases are delivered. The arrival of each quarter's preview letter is therefore an opportune moment to flick through our recent offers or to browse our website offers on www.averys.com, to add on another case or two or perhaps a single bottle of something you would like to try.

If you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange collection at our cost. Your wine should arrive within a week, if you do not receive your wines in 14 days please notify us. For Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, please allow an extra few days. UK addresses only, excluding Channel Islands. Calls are charged at national rate. Averys Ltd will use information about you to make offers based on your wine preferences.
