Vincent and Stephanie Boyer’s wines at Domaine de la Bastide just seem to get better and better. Vincent hopes to makes the farm fully organic in the near future and all of his wines have a wonderful purity and freshness. The 2015 rosé is an absolute stunner – its pale, barely-there, pink colour belies a plentiful supply of summer berry fruits on the palate. Dry and refined with a crisp, refreshing finish, it’s delicious with shellfish and salads.
