From vineyards bordering the Atacama Desert considerably north of Santiago, Val de Serena displays it's cool climate origins. A vivacious pink in colour, with a fresh red fruit aroma from which fresh strawberry and redcurrant flavours stand out. Delicious on its own, it also goes well with light pasta dishes, summer salads and seared salmon.
