Christian and Marie Bereziat founded this venture in 1976. Christian's tasting note: "Charming ruby red colour with violet tints. Seductive bouquet of raspberries and blackberries aromas, with well-balanced tannins. Appreciate it on its own as an aperitif drink and also a perfect match for evening meal, cold meats, fish dishes, terrines and gently roasted poultry and white meat."
