Last Christmas, there was one Champagne you couldn’t get enough of…
Gyéjacquot Collection Brut is made by brothers Cyril and Frédéric Gyéjacquot. All the grapes are grown on the estate, picked by hand, and the vineyards are sustainably farmed. This is a Champagne that has been lovingly crafted by the brothers from grape to glass.
But that’s not all that makes this Champagne special. The vineyards lie in and around the village of Celles-sur-Ource, just north of Burgundy, and share the same Kimmeridgian soil as the best sites of Chablis. It lends their Champagne a lovely minerality, delicacy and complexity. Plus, with a high proportion of Pinot Noir and two years ageing on its lees, it’s gently creamy with ripe orchard fruits and a citrusy finesse.
The Gyéjacquot brothers are thrilled that you’ve taken their Collection Brut to their heart, along with their Prestige and Rosé Champagnes (check them out on our website). So much so, they’ve given us a special price for Christmas on their Collection Brut so that just like last year, we can offer it at half price – just £37.99 £18.99 per bottle.
