Ventoux is one of the most exciting, up-and-coming areas of the Rhône owing to its distinctly cooler climate. It gives the wines a freshness and finesse which is especially noticeable in the region’s whites. Ventoux Sud Blanc is an unoaked blend of Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc, and has wonderful aromas of pears, almond and white flowers.
