Alessandro Gallici crafts his signature white with minute attention to detail, selecting the grapes himself from Colli Oriental and Grave – two of the top areas for fine Italian whites. All the fruit is sourced from the Friuli Grave region which has the perfect conditions for producing refreshing, dry and elegant whites. Refreshing enough to enjoy on its own and a great match for salads, fish or creamy pasta dishes. A light pale straw colour with citrus, mineral and pear aromas. On the palate, it’s crisp and zingy with lemon and fresh orchard fruits.
