Averys Fine 10-year-old Tawny Port is exclusively crafted for us by Taylor’s, one of the most respected port houses. Averys and Taylor’s have worked together for many years, and it’s only thanks to this longstanding friendship that we can bring you this 10-year-old Tawny. Aged in oak casks rather than bottle, there’s a remarkable fusion of nutty, woody undertones that complement the rich and mellow fruit. Deliciously smooth, it unfolds layers of complex flavours: luscious, ripe dark fruits, Christmas cake richness and spice, all balanced by a moreish savouriness on the finish. This Tawny is incredibly versatile – perfect with nuts, blue cheese or as a chilled dessert wine with almond torte. No need to decant – simply pour, sip and enjoy.
