The Gisselbrecht family have grown grapes in the beautiful medieval village of Dambach-la-Ville for several centuries. They specialise in making small lots of exceptional Grand Cru wines, so we were delighted when they agreed to make this special selection exclusively for Averys.

Alsace’s whites are among the most food-friendly in the world - pair with spicy crab cakes, stir fries or creamy fish dishes
“Alsace is one of the great, under-appreciated treasures of the wine world.” - Jancis Robinson MW
Tasting note: Crafted from Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc and Muscat by brothers Philippe and Claude Gisselbrecht, Averys Selection Alsace has a bright, crystal clear colour in the glass. This has always been one of Mimi's favourite Averys wines thanks to it’s incredibly versatility with food. With generous white peach and lime aromas, the palate is fresh and lively and develops into a rounded, mouth-filling peach flesh and lemon zest finish.
