Standing on a hill overlooking the vineyards and apple orchards, Hush Heath Manor was built in 1503. Today it is the home of the Balfour-Lynn family. Richard and Leslie Balfour-Lynn planted their first vines in 2002 with the aim of creating world-class English wines.Made from the three classic Champagne varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot MeunierBalfour was the first English sparkling wine to be served on British Airways first class, worldwide Kent enjoys above average UK temperatures and sunshine, making it a prime spot for viticulture. Delicate pale copper pink with a fine, sustained bead. Refreshing with classic English acidity. Displays notes of white currant, quince, lime and a slight herbiness, typical of the Hush Heath style. The finish is long, echoing the palate beautifully.
