Brezza Bianca Spumante Prosecco NV

Prosecco DOC

A refreshing Prosecco in a Spumante style (slightly more fizz than frizzante). It's from a boutique winery run by the Tombacco family. Thanks to its lemony character and soft creamy mousse, it's a delicious glass any time, celebration or not.

We're always on the lookout for a new source of high-quality Prosecco to slake the thirst of our enthusistic customers. So, we were delighted when an old friend put us in contact with the Tombacco family. The estate was founded a century ago by Battista Tombacco, grandfather of current owners Cristian and Andrea. This Spumante is crafted from their estate-grown Glera grapes, gently pressed prior to a slow fermentation. Cristian then left the wine on its lees for 20 days for extra layers of creamy complexity to balance the citrus notes, before adding the sparkle. Enjoy tangy-fresh apple, lemon and tropical fruit and zesty citrus, carried on a wave of bubbles. Serve well chilled as an aperitif any time, at a celebration or with light dishes.
