When ex-RAF pilot Bob Lindo and his wife Annie planted their first eight thousand vines in 1989, they never dreamed of the phenomenal success they would achieve within two decades. They had moved to a farm in Cornwall several years earlier for a quieter pace of life, to bring up their young family. Now the very sunny, south facing slopes produce their superb, medal winning wines. Their son, Sam, was named Winemaker of the Year in 2007 and Bob was given an IWC Lifetime Achievement award in 2018. They also received a Trophy for Best Small Business in 2017. Their sparkling wines are even served on British Airways First Class. Enjoy their Brut - a blend of Seyval with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, lees aged for two years. Deliciously appetising.
