In the heart of premium Colchagua Valley they’ve perfected ocean-cooled, sun-ripened Malbec that brims with the same rich, dark fruits, moreish softness and sweet spice as anything grown in Argentina’s Mendoza. Using hand harvested grapes, the wine is matured in toasty oak to add sumptuous layers of vanilla and toast to the intense purple fruits. A wine made for grilled red meats (from lamb chops to steak), and a tasty partner with lasagne or veggie chilli.
