Winemaker Jean-Luc Chaleat applies the same winemaking techniques as he does to his celebrated Saint-Josephs
Tasting note:Dark ruby in colour with aromas of spices and soft red fruits. There are lots of juicy bramble fruits on the palate combined with hints of spice, pepper and minerality from the granite soil and because it’s unoaked, has lovely freshness and a lightness of touch.
