Château Camarsan is a property in the Entre-deux-Mers owned by the Coutureau family, winemakers for five generations. They have eight hectares devoted entirely to whites, mainly Sémillon which has its origins in Bordeaux. Aged on its lees for a creamy richness but unoaked, it’s a bright, crisp and fruity style of white Bordeaux. A blend of 80% Sémillon and 20% Colombard, this has gorgeous aromas of white peach, pear and grapefruit. A zesty mouthful of citrus fruit with a lovely smoothness and an invitingly-fresh finish leave you longing for a second glass.
