Treat yourself to a glorious, luxurious and delicious Champagne with one of the region’s most iconic names. As Wine International magazine notes, “When you absolutely, positively, definitely have to impress, there is really only one Champagne to go for – Bollinger.” Bollinger’s NV rosé is modelled on their iconic Special Cuvée. To this world renowned blend, the house adds reserve wines from older vintages, and a portion of still red from their Grand Cru vineyards. This lends the wine its gorgeous pink hue and adds extra layers of summer fruits and remarkable complexity. Wine Advocate calls it “an aromatic, perfectly balanced and intense Rosé of great elegance and finesse”. So good, it deserves to be savoured on its own or with fine canapés.
