In 1981, Bruno Roulot decided to expand the family vine-growing business and launch his own brand of Champagne. Since then, he has been making his wines in his home village of La Chapelle-Monthodon, and since 2013 has been working alongside his son, Benoît. The estate is located in the Marne Valley, in the south of Champagne - a terroir in which Pinot Meunier excels. The unsung grape hero of the Champagne trio, Meunier is often overlooked by more famous Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Thankfully, it is being increasingly recognised for its delicious soft fruity style with a great approachability in its youth. This cuvée is Pinot Meunier, with just a splash of Chardonnay for refreshing acidity. A great celebration fizz with friends and family.
