Champagne from small family estates provide superb quality and excellent value. We’re delighted to champion the great classic fizz of Cyril and Frédéric Gyéjacquot. Their father, Michel, founded the estate with his brother, Daniel, in 1970, and started to build up their vineyards. They now span seven villages and nurture the three traditional varieties – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier – also with, unusually, a little Pinot Blanc. This Brut cuvée comprises mostly of Pinot Noir with a dash of Chardonnay, matured for a year on lees to add a biscuity complexity to the wealth of fresh peach, pear, floral and citrus flavours. It's the perfect bottle to pop, pour and enjoy at your next celebration, when you need a delicious treat.
