Elegant sparkling from a Champagne House in the heart of Epernay, Esterlin Brut Eclat is made with no malolactic fermentation for bright freshness, beautifully balanced with richness from extended lees ageing. Citrus, stone fruits and pastry notes.

Champagne Esterlin’s headquarters proudly stands on the Avenue de Champagne whose residents also include Moët & Chandon, Perrier Jouët and Pol Roger. Today, Esterlin leans on its 200 members who cultivate top-quality grapes from a wide range of Champagne terroirs. Their Brut Éclat is a classic blend of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It uses 30% reserve wines from the House’s ‘Soléra’ (a system containing a blend of wines dating back to 1972) to add a rich complexity to the blend. Crucially, Brut Éclat is made without malolactic fermentation, to promote freshness, intensity and good ageing potential. 5 years of lees ageing adds layers of brioche and roasted hazelnut alongside aromas of fruit compote and dry fruits. Delicious.
