Château Terre Blanche is made by Laurent Massarin, 4th generation winemaker at his family estate in Saint-Genes-de-Castillon. Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux is bordered to the west by the Saint-Émilion appellation. It has attracted a lot of attention from Saint-Émilion winemakers and drinkers in recent years who have spotted the tremendous potential of Castillon wines Made predominantly from lush, fruity Merlot (80%) with Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) and Cabernet Franc (10%), it combines rich, ripe fruits with elegance and finesse If you love the wines of Saint-Émilion, give this a try. It is similar in style and offers great value. A really aromatic, fresh blackberry and plum nose with a robust, rich palate. Smooth and full with deep, dark fruits – enjoy with rich red meats, game and cheeses.
