Set in one of Australia’s finest wine regions, McLaren Vale, sits Dandelion Vineyards. It’s headed by the impressive Elena Brooks who first learnt her craft from watching her mother in the family's Bulgarian vineyards. She went on to travel the globe, gaining experience at top wine estates. Settling in McLaren Vale, today she is recognised as one of Australia’s brightest stars and reels in awards galore. This 2017 vintage alone received over 20, including two Double-Gold and two Platinum medals. Cooled by ocean breezes in Fleurieu, these Cabernet grapes ripen to perfection whilst retaining freshness and aroma, perfect for ageing. 18 months in French oak barriques has lent soft spices to the wealth of blackberry and blueberry fruits.
