Blanc de Blancs means the Champagne is made only from Chardonnay grapes. The vineyards located between Cramant and Mesnil-sur-Oger in Cote de Blancs yield the best examples of the style – elegant when young, developing a brioche richness with age. Delamotte is one of the five oldest Champagne houses. The Blancs de Blancs is made from the grapes of top Grand Cru vineyards. Delamotte is the sister house of Champagne Salon, one of the world's rarest Champagnes. .
