With over 30 vintages at the family estate, current owner Christine Dubreuil is an expert winemaker and proud of the range of wines her domaine produces – from village Burgundy to the top Grands Crus. With 20 hectares of vines in total, she goes to enormous lengths to produce the very highest quality, always respecting the environment and what nature offers her. As Wine Advocate wrote, "Christine is a dab hand at winemaking", "an address that I think is producing underrated wines that deserve a wider audience." This great Pernand Vergelesses takes grapes from four plots, half the grapes fermented and aged in oak, a portion of it new, and the other half in stainless steel vat for purity of fruit. There's great energy to this fine white.
