This juicy Merlot is made by Trophy winning winemaker Nicolas Bizzarri. He heads up the team at the family owned Luis Felipe Edwards estate in premium Colchagua Valley. Smooth, rounded and full of lush plum charm, this red has lots of fruity appeal. Perhaps that should be of no surprise when it's from the talented LFE winery. The cellar was founded in the 1970s, when Luis Felipe Edwards Snr returned to Chile after years abroad. He followed his dream to create his own wine estate, starting with 60 hectares of vineyards. Today he owns a small valley, where the climate is ideal for vines, and has a no expense spared cellar housed in colonial buildings on the estate. Enjoy this tasty red solo or with sausage and mash or a vegetarian pasta bake.
