Close to the coast, Chile’s Colchagua Costa produces Sauvignon bursting with freshness and fruit. This vibrant Reserva comes from four time Chilean ‘Winery of the Year’ Luis Felipe Edwards and dazzles with its grassy, citrus and mineral crispness.

Beyond the Label
Crisp and lemony; notes of tangerine, gooseberry and kiwi fruit
First it was the Casablanca region that showed how brilliant Chilean Sauvignon Blanc could be. Now winemakers are harnessing the benefits of the coastal section of Colchagua. Ocean-cooled vineyards promote real intensity of fruit and minerally elegance. This tongue tingling Reserva is from Luis Felipe Edwards, a family winery with extensive vineyard holdings, including some daringly close to the sea. Winemaker Nicolas Bizzarri, the first Chilean to graduate from Australia’s famous Roseworthy wine college, insists upon the grapes being harvested in the early morning, and cooled as soon as they reach the cellar to retain maximum freshness. Showing crisp fruit and stony fresh poise, this white is great solo or with seafood, salads or stir fry.
"Really well balanced white - fruity, full of flavour. Well priced for such a good wine"
