For a smooth, rich, well-spiced Bourbon, reach for the Four Roses Small Batch, made, just as it says, from a mere four batches. Each was made to a different recipe, so brings something else to the party! Great flavour, richness and superb value too.

Full-bodied, very smooth, with honey, winter spices and dark fruit
Aroma
Buttered toast, Christmas spice, salted caramel, dark fruits
Four Roses is a Bourbon distillery founded originally by Paul Jones Jnr in the 1770s. Romance is key to its name – Paul fell in love and proposed to a Southern Belle. She said, if her answer was yes, she would wear a corsage of roses on her gown to the upcoming grand ball. Luckily for Paul, four red roses featured on her lavish dress and they were betrothed. He later named his Bourbon after these blooms, as a symbol of his passion. Over the decades, the business grew, until in 1943 they were bought out. Since 2002, it has been owned by Kirin Distillery, first with legendary Master Distiller Jim Rutledge in charge of production and now Brent Elliot, who learnt at the knee of the master. A smooth, mellow Bourbon to enjoy neat on the rocks.
