A zingy English white made by talented winemaker Ian Edwards. Originally an actuary in the City, Ian came late to winemaking – when he and his wife, Rebecca, purchased the farm she grew up on in Bridport, Dorset. Since then, Ian’s new career has taken off and he has won many medals in international wine competitions. He is passionate about keeping the natural balance of the wines and giving a true terroir expression through minimal intervention in the cellar. This Dorset White is a thrilling blend of citrusy-fresh Seyval Blanc, herbaceous and floral Bacchus, with a touch of rounded Chardonnay. It’s a vibrant white with naturally low alcohol and great freshness. An appetising glass on its own, or pair with a tomato and pesto quiche.
