Hattingley was founded in 2008 by Simon Robinson, who gave up his day job as a solicitor to create great wine. Today, they're renowned for making some of England's finest fizz. The Gold-medal, all-Chardonnay bubbly has crisp fruit and toasty finesse.

Bursting with enthusiasm and a real belief in outstanding quality, this young, dynamic team has been working hard since its foundation in 2008. Their eco-winery was completed in 2010 and they’ve just been awarded the “Sustainable Wines of Great Britain” seal by WineGB. Today they are one of the most respected producers of English sparkling wines in the country, with 13 trophies, 80+ medals and three 'Best in Class' awards. Master of Wine Rob MacCulloch is now the talented head winemaker, boasting two decades of winemaking experience across five continents. Made by the traditional method, this pure Chardonnay fizz had 13% fermented in barrel and spent 5 years ageing on its lees before time in bottle, to create Hattingley's signature style.
