Il Pino is made by Giorgia Brugnara, winemaker at the 150-year-old Concilio winery, and there’s nothing she doesn’t know about local speciality Pinot Grigio. The crispness is all there in Veneto whites and rosés, along with an appealing berry-filled aroma and flavour.
