If you like Sauvignon Blanc, you’ll absolutely love this. It's a classically elegant Bordeaux white with a slightly exotic flare, thanks to the Sauvignon Gris. Born from a collaboration between our award-winning winemaker Jean-Marc Sauboua and owner of Château Le Coin, Ludovic Roussillon - it's a white with real depth, lifted by zingy freshness. Both Sauvignons – Gris and Blanc – are tended at Ludovic’s superb estate in the Entre-Deux-Mers, just over the river from our Chai in Castillon. His claret is always a hit and six years ago we persuaded him to make us a white too. The limestone soils are ideal helping to produce lovely bright fruit intensity. Old vine grapes and a mere whisper of oak lends richness. Great solo or with creamy gratin.
