This is a fresh 2021 from the verdant heartland of the Veneto – the Euganean Hills. Its volcanic soils are ideal for bringing out the mineral notes in this much-loved grape variety, while cooling mountain air helps to keep it all fresh. Lima Romana is from a winery founded over 70 years ago in an area that first started cultivating vineyards in the 1500s. This has always been a region of culinary delights and culture. Chill this wine down and enjoy as an apéritif or with simple starters such as bread and olives, creamy pasta, or seafood.
